The cancellation policy is effective for all vacations crafted by
Sahrojtravels from 01 September 2019.
Customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within
90 working days from the date of cancellation or when the
supplier(s) process the refund, whichever is later.
For on-trip cancellations, refunds will be processed within 90 working days
from the date of return or when the supplier(s) process the refund.

Refund amounts are subject to international exchange rates, refunds received
from suppliers, and payments received from customers. Any change in the refund
amount will be communicated by the respective account owner.
Flights
Non-refundable flights are eligible for zero refund.
Refundable flights will be refunded as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the final itinerary.
Refunds may vary due to international exchange rates.
SAHROJ WANDER PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for cancelled, delayed, or grounded flights.
Refund realization depends on processing by the airline.
Customers must ensure passport validity of at least 1 year.
No refunds will be provided if boarding is denied due to passport issues.
Customers must reach the airport at least 2 hours before boarding.
Missed flights due to late arrival at the airport are non-refundable.
For transfers arranged by SAHROJ WANDER PRIVATE LIMITED, unforeseen delays will not be refunded.
Baggage limits will be mentioned in the final voucher; excess baggage charges are payable by the customer.
Mandatory web check-in (LCC carriers) must be completed to avoid airport charges.
Meal preferences are requested on behalf of customers, but availability and quality are airline-controlled.
Hotels
Non-refundable hotels are eligible for zero refund.
Refundable hotels follow the cancellation policy mentioned in the final itinerary.
Refund amounts may vary due to exchange rates.
Hotel staff behavior, cleanliness, and service quality are not under our control.
On-trip room upgrades or additional amenities are chargeable.
Hotel changes during the trip attract a 100% cancellation fee.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.

Visa & Insurance
Visa processing is facilitated by SAHROJ WANDER PRIVATE LIMITED.
Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy.
Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.
Insurance once applied is non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation charges.
Transfers
Refunds for transfers will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned
in the final itinerary and are subject to exchange rate variations.
